Loading Arm Hydraulic Power Pack

a) The arms shall be hydraulic operated by a hydraulic power pack consisting of stainless steel reservoir, electric motor driven hydraulic pump, valves/fittings and gauges, and hydraulic pipings. All tubings on the arms shall be of stainless steel 316L and prefabricated. Tubings provided for interconnection of hydraulic units shall be of stainless steel 316L and the fitting shall be compression type. b) The hydraulic system shall be sized to provide for full range movement of any component of the loading arm in a maximum of two (2) minutes. The total time required to move each loading arm from its parked position to the tanker's manifold flange shall not exceed five (5) minutes. The hydraulic and electric controls shall be designed to allow manual movement of the loading arms in the event of failure of the hydraulic or electrical systems. Failure of the hydraulic components in one arm shall not render the remaining arms in the bank inoperative.

a) The all swivel joint assemblies shall be made up of ball bearings in at least two replaceable surfaces races with provision for lubrication and maintenance. The swivel joints at the arm riser and apex shall be flanged for maintenance access. Alternatively, swivels shall be of split flange design enabling ease of maintenance. The packing material for all loading arm swivel joints shall be Viton or better material suitable for the intended service and loading products, such as gasoline, pyrolysis gasoline with benzene content, MTBE, toluene and xylenes. The outboard swivel joint shall be self-leveling and with the packing riding on a stainless steel inlay. The stainless steel inlay shall be on both packing faces of the swivel joint. RC Type Filling Arm (Full Hard Tube Type)

This type of filling arm is the single arm structure. It is used in group of two sets, one of which transporting LNG and the other transporting NG. At present, the caliber developed is DN100 with Emergency Release System   (PERC). Electro-hydraulic control system is suitable for filling LNG fuel for a large cargo ship, and loading and unloading LNG from the LNG transport ship.
